Haaaaaaaah, man was I scared.
We just had a small fire in the back of the house. I had smelt something burning for a while, and I thought my laptop might be too hot, so I ignored it for a while. But I kept smelling it off and on for about 10 minutes, then I heard a small pop, like glass breaking, out back.
I pulled up the blinds, bent over to look all the way out the window, and HOLY SHIT FLAMES asgdfgjfjldfa.
I ran for my mom, and we ran for my brother. We put it out by ourselves, but called the fire department anyway. They tore out part of the wall, but it seems like it was just superficial damage, probably from a mouse my brother had heard running around in the attic. They told us to keep an eye out just in case, so I've got my window open so I can see it.

I'm not going to be signing on for a while. My aunt had a stroke and is in the hospital. She's most likely brain dead, and we're most likely going to take her off life support according to her wishes. Today has been an exhausting day, and I'm definitely not going to be in the mood to talk to many people for a while.
I don't know how long I'll be gone. I'm definitely gonna need some time to get over this.

Someone I know has been going around telling people he has a job working as security somewhere.
I found out today he doesn't work as security. He's actually a custodian.
The reason?
He filled out his job application with red, white and blue ink.

Alright, electricity has been on for about a week, but the internet was turned back on only a few days ago.
Right now, though, I'm sitting in the maternity ward waiting for my brother's baby to be born. Once I get pictures, I'll post them. Thankfully, she's delivering the baby right now.

Okay, so due to the ice storm, I've been without power. Thankfully, my brother's house has electricity, so I have some place to cook and sleep. I don't know when the power will be back on, but hopefully it'll be back on by the end of the week, since it's supposed to snow Friday night/Saturday morning.

Whoa, the weather was crazy last night! We had a storm going all night, which shut off our electricity around 11pm. :o It came back on around 2am, though, so all's good.
For those who don't know, I'm leaving Saturday morning to go D.C. until the 24th. Considering I was just told last night a change in where I'm leaving from, I'll probably be back late in the evening on the 24th. I need to go get some stuff before Friday. *goes to make a list*
Pain in my jaw is almost gone. Apparently my tooth was sitting right on the bone, and when they pulled it out it exposed the bone. It's healing over quite nicely, and you'll be happy to know this is probably the last time I whine about my tooth. :P
Man, I want to draw, but I have no inspiration. :\
